"User" or "You" describes any person who accesses or avails the Owner Firm’s site for the purpose of hosting, publishing, sharing, transacting, displaying or uploading information or views and includes other people jointly participating in utilization of the site.
ad4print including the management of the Owner Firm and the Management Firm shall under no circumstances whatsoever, be held liable regarding any inaccurate/ misleading information/ advertisement. This responsibility should be undertaken by the end-user to research/ verify/ accept bona fide content. ad4print should not be considered responsible for actions taken by publishers/clientele based on the information provided on our website. Buying and selling through ad4print is available only to individuals who confirm all the valid and legal requirements to enter into a valid contract enforceable under the law.
Complete information of whatsoever nature received from the user/advertiser is taken in utmost good faith, without suspecting the authenticity of the advertiser. The contents of the advertisement are believed to be true and in compliance with the laws of India. The Advertiser is bound to indemnify the Newspaper/ portal / website of any action legal/civil that may follow as a consequence of the specific advertisement.
The Advertisement preview shown to a user is an indicative preview of the ad text only and on various occasions it may differ from the actual published advertisement due to subsequent formatting and displaying of the Advertisement at the time of such publication and no dispute or claim in this regard will be entertained either in the form of refund or for free insertions or in any manner whatsoever from the User
ad4print reserves the sole discretion and irrevocable right to-offer/not-offer schemes/services/products/new features/discounts/promotional packages on its web site exclusive to any existing or future media, known or unknown mode and vice versa.
ad4print cannot be held liable for any loss to the advertiser regarding any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred due to error or omission or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply. Cancellations and alterations will only be accepted in writing and before the request has been processed.
ad4print shall reserve the exclusive right to cancel any content whatsoever from being published or reflected on its website or in any other mode. The cancellation charges payable to the User shall be at the applicable rates laid down in the cancellation and refund policy.
The process for the cancellation will be purely an offline process depending on the fact if the ad request is already processed/ forwarded to the corresponding newspaper for publishing or not. Cancellation request must be sent to the customer care team of ad4print in writing, so as to reach the customer care team atleast 72 working hours prior to the date of publication. However, even if the cancellation request shall be found feasible for acceptance, the actual cancellation of the booking of ad shall be subject to the User agreeing to pay cancellation charges equal to 5% of the cost of the ad to ad4print besides any amount which may be deducted by the publication on account of the cancellation of the booking of the ad.
Only justified and accepted complaints may entitle the advertisers/ Users to a maximum refund of the amount equivalent to the value of disputed and unpublished ads.

ad4print reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to its users/advertisers, and edit, modify and alter the content of the advertisement. User agrees that the online advertisements placed with ad4print.com shall be reflected within 72 hours. The User further agrees to the stipulated 72 hours processing period for all the advertisements that shall be required by ad4print. In a situation where the User selects multi publication/multi editions, the Publication will reserve the right to reschedule the ad printing dates subject to availability of space and dates with the publication
ad4print reserves the right to decline, change or reschedule any advertisement/listing notwithstanding earlier acceptance.
If ad4print, in its sole discretion, determines that a violation of the Terms & Conditions has occurred, it is entitled to pursue legal remedies, including but not limited to the immediate cancellation of any offending material from its site, of the User's account and/or the exclusion of any person(s) who may have violated any of the Terms & Conditions. ad4print will cooperate with any investigation conducted by any Central, State, or local body or any court or tribunal legitimately exercising its rights. Such cooperation may be without notice to the User.
If ad4print believes in its sole discretion that any ad that may create liability for ad4print, it may take any actions that it believes are prudent or necessary to minimize or eliminate its potential liability, including but not limited to, the release of User information. In sum, ad4print reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, and to remove any listings or any advertisements for any reason, and without notice.
User understands and agrees that he/she is responsible for all applicable taxes and costs which are incurred as a result of ad4print’s service. Owner Firm and the Management Firm may also, in their sole discretion, add or delete fees associated with the service.
User agrees that benefits of the service will be enjoyed at his/her sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and on an "as available" basis. ad4print expressly refuses to acknowledge warranties of any kind; whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
ad4print makes no warranty that the service will fulfil User's requirements completely, that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does ad4print make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the service or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained from the service.
Any dispute shall in the first instance be resolved by the parties through mutual discussions and settlement wherein both the parties shall use their best efforts for resolving the dispute amicably. In the event, such dispute is not resolved by amicable resolution within a period of 30 days from the raising of the dispute; either party shall be entitled to refer the same to arbitration. Such arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, to be appointed jointly by the management of the Owner Firm and the Management Firm.
These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between User and ad4print shall be governed by the laws of Union Territory of Chandigarh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. User and ad4print/ Owner Firm/ Management Firm agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
User agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim regarding ad4print services is required to be essentially made within 15 days.
The advertiser/ User should not expect compensation from ad4print for any action or claim by any third party resulting from any advertisement instructed by the advertiser or its agency.
ad4print is accepting the advertisements only on behalf of the publications featured on the site. It is in no way responsible for any delay by the publications to discharge any of their obligations towards the Users.

Advertisements are accepted in good faith but ad4print does not accept responsibility for their veracity, delay, error, omission in publication, shrinkage in production, compliance with all relevant laws, etc. The advertiser and/or publisher will compensate ad4print for any action or claim brought by any third party arising directly or indirectly from publication or non publication of an advertisement including but not limited to infringement of any law/ statutory requirement etc. The responsibility for such advertising/other material submitted to ad4print.com by advertisers/ third parties for advertisement in any publications is accepted subject to the condition that the same complies with all applicable international and national laws. Such compliance rests exclusively on such advertisers and ad4print.com will not be responsible for any claim, error, omission, inaccuracy or failure to comply with such prevalent laws, rules and regulations, arising out of such advertising material.
ad4print/ Owner Firm/ Management Firm reserve the right to omit, suspend or change the position of any advertising material submitted for insertion. The advertiser and/or publisher will indemnify ad4print.com against any action or claim brought by any third party arising directly or indirectly from publication or non publication of an advertisement including but not limited to infringement of any law/ statutory requirement etc.
Although, every reasonable effort is made to publish an ad on the particular date(s) specified by an advertiser. However, the newspaper, reserves the right to vary the date or the schedule of date(s) of the publication, with or without notice to the advertiser, owing to exigencies of availability of space. Publication of ad/court notice/ public notice shall be as per the policies of respective publication.
